The Bay Area Multifamily Building Enhancement (BAMBE) Program has paused enrollment for applicants who have not yet reserved rebate funds, effective 7/3/25. Projects that have already reserved rebate funds will not be affected and their technical assistance will continue normally.

Program staff are working diligently to develop a waitlist to re-open the program as soon as is feasible to resume technical assistance to projects who have not yet reserved rebate funds. Updates will be provided as soon as they are available.
